1、 Introduction to this protector:
The protector is a product integrating phase sequence, phase failure and undervoltage protection. Phase sequence protection is more important for the motor, especially for the products that do not allow the motor to reverse. The protector can be reliably guaranteed.
For all kinds of motors, dynamic phase failure protection (one phase open circuit in three-phase power supply occurs during motor operation, which is called dynamic phase failure) is also very important. In case of dynamic phase failure, it is very easy to cause the motor to be damaged or burned in a very short time. The purpose of protection can be achieved by installing and configuring this product.
Due to the poor power grid situation in some areas of China, low voltage is often generated, resulting in the increase of motor current and easy to damage the motor. This product can cut off the power supply when the power supply voltage is too low to protect the motor.
The protector is of positive state type, that is, during normal operation, the internal relay is pulled in and the relevant indicator light is on.
The protector is voltage type and has nothing to do with the motor power.
2、 The protector features:
1. Phase sequence detection function: when the control system is powered on, L1 ~ L3 of the product is also powered on, and the phase sequence of three phases is automatically detected immediately. If it is reversed, the motor power supply is cut off immediately without reversing the motor, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the product.
2. Dynamic phase failure protection (phase failure protection during motor operation): when one phase of motor operation is interrupted, because the other two phases are still energized and the squirrel cage rotor is still rotating, there is still induced electromotive force on the phase failure. This protector can identify this phase failure.
3. Low voltage protection function: when the power supply voltage reaches about 320v, the product will delay for several seconds and cut off the power supply.
4. Delay function: when the power grid is in bad condition, sometimes the voltage will drop instantaneously (such as the startup of high-power equipment nearby). The delay function is to identify whether the voltage drops instantaneously or continuously, so as to avoid misoperation.

When the power supply voltage rises, the drop voltage also rises, which may enter the normal working voltage range, that is, the open phase voltage > 380 (1-10%) = 342v, resulting in voltage identification failure.
