Jxd-ma200v-460v phase sequence phase failure protector

1、This product integrates phase sequence and phase failure protection. When the phase sequence is wrong or the main circuit of the motor is disconnected, it can protect the motor.
The power supply range of the protector is 200V ~ - 460V ~ 50 / 60Hz.
The protector is of positive state type, that is, the green indicator light of internal relay is on during normal operation.
This product is easy to use, independent of motor power and small in size. It can be applied to the protection of various three-phase AC motors. It has the function of dynamic phase failure (phase failure of motor during operation). It is an ideal protection device.

L1-L3 are three-phase input terminals, and terminal 11 is the center terminal; Terminal 12 static contact; Terminal 14 is a movable contact.

4、Function inspection method after installation:
1. After power on, if the phase sequence is correct and there is no phase failure, the green indicator of the product should be on, the internal relay should be pulled in, terminal 11-14 should be connected and terminal 11-12 should be disconnected.
2. If any two of the three-phase input lines are switched to each other, the product will immediately enter the protection state, the green indicator of the product will turn off, terminal 11-14 will be disconnected and terminal 11-12 will be connected.
3. During the operation of the motor, cut off any phase of the three-phase power supply (e.g. pull out the fuse of one phase), the product will enter the protection state after a delay of several seconds, the green indicator of the product will turn off, terminal 11-14 will be disconnected and terminal 11-12 will be on.

5、Precautions:
1. Avoid using it in situations of violent shaking and impact vibration.
2. There is high voltage inside the product during operation. In case of failure, non professional repair personnel are strictly prohibited to open the shell.
3. When in use, if the phase sequence error is found, resulting in the green light off. It can be solved by exchanging any two phase lines in the three-phase input line.

Within one year after the user purchases this product, under normal use conditions, if it cannot work normally due to product quality problems, the company is responsible for repair or replacement.
