Jxd-m (T) phase sequence / phase failure protector 220v-460v
Product description
1、This product integrates phase sequence and phase failure protection. When the phase sequence is wrong or the main circuit of the motor is disconnected, it can protect the motor.
The power supply range of the protector is 200V ~ - 600V ~ 50 / 60Hz.
The protector is of positive state type, that is, the green indicator light of internal relay is on during normal operation.
This product is easy to use, independent of motor power and small in size. It can be applied to the protection of various three-phase AC motors. It has the function of dynamic phase failure (phase failure of motor during operation). It is an ideal protection device.

4、Function detection method after installation
1. Connect the product correctly and firmly, the green indicator of the product should be on, and the PNP should have 24V voltage output.
2. Exchange any two of the three-phase input terminals (analog phase sequence error), the product enters the protection state, the green indicator goes out, the PNP is in the high resistance state, and there is no output voltage.
3. During the operation of the motor, cut off any phase of the three-phase power supply (e.g. pull out the fuse of one phase), the product will enter the protection state after a delay of several seconds, the green indicator light of the product will turn off, the PNP will be in the high resistance state, and there is no output voltage.
5、Precautions:
1. Avoid using it in places with violent shaking and impact vibration.
2. There is high voltage inside the product during operation. In case of failure, non professional repair personnel are strictly prohibited to open the shell.
3. When in use, if the phase sequence error is found, resulting in the green light off. It can be solved by exchanging any two phase lines in the three-phase input line.
