Product description
1、Overview
Due to long-term overload, frequent pneumatic, insulation aging, open phase, low quality of power grid, or damage of motor cooling system, the motor will be seriously heated and burn down.
It can be seen that among the factors causing motor damage, temperature is the first and current is the second, because it should be the most reliable to directly detect the temperature of motor winding with thermistor PTC (thermistor).
2、Use
This product can be used in various occasions requiring temperature protection when it is matched with PTC temperature sensor. For example, when it is used with motor equipped with PTC element, the temperature of the motor will rise due to any fault, which will make the resistance of the sensor jump to high resistance state. At this time, the motor thermal protector will release and cut off the control circuit of the motor to achieve the purpose of protection.

Pull in resistance: < 2.5k Ω DC 28V 15A
Release resistance: 4.5K Ω
Recovery delay time: 5min ± 20%
