1、Overview
The motor thermal protector jrt-mb is a standard type and can be used with an external 200-400vac power supply. This product is small and exquisite and easy to install.
As we all know, among the factors causing motor damage, temperature is the first and current is the second. Therefore, it should be the most reliable to directly detect the temperature of motor winding with thermal sensor (PTC). In case of overtemperature fault of the protected main motor, this product can immediately cut off the control circuit of the main motor to achieve the purpose of protection
2、Use
This product must be used with PTC temperature sensor, and can be widely used in various motors that need protection.
When the temperature of the protected motor rises due to any fault, which makes the resistance of PTC element jump to the high resistance state, this product can quickly cut off its control circuit and protect the serious consequences of motor damage or burning.
Once the protector receives that the over temperature fault has been eliminated and the PTC resistance value has returned to the normal value, the protector will automatically return to normal operation. Automatic return connection (relay in protector is pulled in).

The action threshold resistance is greater than the PTC setting value (it can be designed according to customer needs)
