1、 Overview:
Jtx-b motor protector is a motor protector integrating multiple protection functions such as motor phase dislocation, phase failure, overheating and so on. The product adopts the latest imported computer chip with reasonable software design, so it has complete functions, reliable performance and small volume.
This product is voltage type and has nothing to do with the power of the protected motor.
The protector is of positive state type, that is, during normal operation, the internal relay is pulled in and the relevant indicator light is on.

The protector can almost cover the voltage range of power grid voltage in various countries and regions all over the world, and can basically meet the use needs of the world.

2、 Product features:
1. This product can be connected in a variety of ways. Since the three-phase power input end of the product can be connected to the output end of the AC contactor, it can protect the motor phase failure caused by poor contact of the AC contactor or the phase dislocation caused by switching the AC contactor. At the same time, the installation position of the product is more flexible, and even the product can be directly installed in the motor junction box.

2. Overtemperature protection: when the motor is in normal operation, if the motor temperature rises to the set value for any reason, the protector will immediately cut off the motor control circuit. When the motor temperature drops to the normal value, the product will automatically return after a delay of 1min ± 20%. Otherwise, it will be shut down all the time.

3. Phase sequence detection function: when the main AC contactor of the motor is powered on and closed, L1 ~ L3 of the product is powered on, and the phase sequence of three phases is automatically detected immediately. If it is reversed, the power supply of the motor is cut off immediately without reversing the motor.

4. Dynamic phase failure protection: when the motor is running, if there is still phase failure in one of the three phases, cut off the power supply of the main motor after a delay of 4 ~ 7S to protect the motor from being burned.

5. Static phase failure protection: when the power supply loses (breaks) phase before the motor is started, the product shall be detected immediately after power on, and the control circuit of the main motor shall be cut off. Do not start the main motor.

6. Three phase unbalance protection function: when the voltage imbalance between three-phase power supplies reaches the set value, the product will cut off the motor power supply after a delay of 4-7 seconds.

7. In case of reverse, phase loss and phase failure of this product, the shutdown protection signal lasts for 8s and then reversely reset. If the fault still exists, the protection signal lasts for 8s and then reset... This cycle until the fault is eliminated.

8. Fault indication mode:

A. Phase indicator light (green light) - it has dual functions of power on indication and phase detection. It is on if it is normal and off if it is abnormal.

B. Temperature indicator light (red light) - detect whether the motor has overtemperature, which is on normally, and off during overtemperature and return delay.
