Rcx-a2 wide voltage motor protector

Rcx-a2 motor integrated protector is a motor protector integrating multiple protection functions such as motor phase staggering, phase failure, overheating and so on. The phase detection of this product is voltage type, and the overheating detection is PTC thermistor, which is independent of the power of the protected motor. The protector is of positive state type, that is, during normal operation, the internal relay is pulled in and the relevant indicator light is on.

2、 Product features:
1. This product can be connected in a variety of ways. Since the input end of the three-phase power supply can be connected to the output end of the AC contactor, it can protect the motor from phase failure caused by poor contact of the AC contactor or phase dislocation caused by switching the AC contactor. At the same time, the installation position of the product is more flexible, and even the product can be directly installed in the motor junction box.

2. Overtemperature protection: when the motor is in normal operation, if the motor temperature rises to the set value for any reason, the protector will immediately cut off the motor control circuit and keep the shutdown state. This is true even if the motor temperature drops to normal. Restart the machine only after manual reset (ac100v-250v power supply is disconnected once).

3. Phase sequence detection function: when the main AC contactor of the motor is powered on and closed, L1 ~ L3 of the product is powered on, and the phase sequence of three phases is automatically detected immediately. If it is reversed, the power supply of the motor is cut off immediately without reversing the motor, and the motor is kept shut down. This is true even if the phase is switched to the normal position. Restart the machine only after manual reset (ac100v-250v power supply is disconnected once).

4. Dynamic open phase protection: when the protector is connected to the lower end of the AC contactor (wiring as shown in the figure), when the motor is running, any one or two phases of the three phases are disconnected, the protector will cut off the power supply of the motor after a delay of 5-8 seconds to protect the motor from being burned. After 5 minutes, the protector will return automatically. If the fault is not eliminated, cut off the power again. If 3 dynamic phase failure protection actions occur within 30 minutes, or 10 dynamic phase failure protection actions occur in total within 24 hours, the protector enters the locking procedure. After the protector is locked for 24 hours, it will be automatically reconnected. During locking, the protector can be reset by manual reset (disconnecting ac100v-250v power supply once).

5. Static phase failure protection: when the power supply loses (breaks) phase before the motor is started, the product shall be detected immediately after power on, and the control circuit of the main motor shall be cut off. Do not start the main motor.

6. Three phase unbalance protection function: when the voltage imbalance between three-phase power supplies reaches the set value, the product delays 5-8 seconds to cut off the motor power supply.

7. Fault indication mode: A. phase indicator (green) - it has dual functions of power on indication and phase detection. It is on if normal and off if abnormal. B. Temperature indicator light (red light) - detect whether the motor has overtemperature, which is on normally, and off during overtemperature and return delay.
